Admin Fees & Cancellation Policy:
- Fees submitted using PayPal within the USA must be $2950/$2650 before September 4
- Fees using PayPal outside the USA must be $3050/$2750 before September 4
- Fees being wired to the WAAC 2023 bank must be $2950/$2650 plus any originating fees must be borne by the sender before September 4
- 50% refund for cancellations through September 4, 2023
- No refunds after September 4, 2023
- Registration closes September 30, 2023
- Above admin fees all increase by $400 from Sept. 5 – Sept 30 due to costs associated with late registration
